When shooting together, I always let you know that while I'll guide you and your partner as much or as little as needed, my real intention is to capture you as you are; I focus a lot on candids and in-between moments.
From the moment you book with me, I make myself available to answer all of your questions, talk through your inspiration, and help your vision come to light.
Whether it's your first time with a professional photographer, or you're a seasoned pro in front of the camera, I create an atmosphere of comfort so our session feels relaxed, natural, and fun.
WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
I first cultivated a love of photography through film and still shoot on analog cameras for my personal work. You just can’t beat getting a roll developed, they’re like little time capsules!
The thoughtfulness of shooting on film inspires my professional editing style, which I would describe as dreamy, true to the moment, and classic.
I absolutely love traveling and have embraced the role of "travel agent" for all my friends and family. During an exceptional year of my life, I lived in Florence, Italy while working for Florida State University's study center in their lil, old library. Italy taught me a lot of things, but mostly I can sum up my time as learning to take life slowly.
Those of us who have been so lucky to travel abroad realize the change is unshakeable, and since then I've always chased the feeling those experiences in Italy gave me. It’s the reason why I take photos; to take a photo is to live in that moment again.
I've had some incredible life experiences which inspire the type of art I want to create. If you can see this in my work, then we might be meant to be!
